Our Return Policy

All outdoor gas powered / electrical equipment is NON-RETURNABLE ( in store repairs only )

Parts and accessories (exluding electrical components which are NOT returnable) are subject to a 10 day return allowance. (in stock parts only no special order parts are returnable).

If an item is purchased at LaSalle Lawn Equipment and is found elsewhere at a lesser price, LaSalle Lawn Equipment will not match the competitor’s price and the item will not be refunded soley on the basis of pricing (item must deemed defective or not proper for the requested application).

LaSalle Lawn Equipment will issue an exchange or refund for most approved returned items in new condition (in package) within 10 days. There will be no refund given for electrical parts.


Shipping is not available for items larger than the specified maxium weight allowances per UPS (150 lbs) or Canada Post current restrictions / guidlines.

In stock item Orders will ship in order of date received (usually 1-4 business days after cleared payment)

Special order items please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery after clearing payment.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and are not set by LaSalle Lawn Equipment and are estimates only.

No shipping on Tractors or Zero Turns at this time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, extra shipping charges may apply to all special order items, please contact us to inquire before ordering.

Order Policy / Payments / Credit

LaSalle Lawn Equipment requires full payment or deposit on special order (non stock items) before placing these orders. LaSalle Lawn Equipment does not extend credit to any firm or individual business other than Government or Municipality institutions. Payment is due in full at time of purchase or order date. If a personal or business cheque is accepted for payment, the item(s) will not be available for pickup and or delivery until proof of cleared payment is received. If you, the customer supplies us with a part number you wish to order and was not looked up by our parts department, and the item delivered proves to be of wrong size or part type etc…the item is non refundable.

Our Pricing Policy

LaSalle Lawn Equipment will follow manufacturer structured pricing programs on all units where it is applicable. All promotional pricing or flyer pricing is set by the manufacturer and LaSalle Lawn Equipment does not create these pricing programs and takes no responsibility for changes made by the manufacturer. Prices on Parts / accessories and fluids etc, are subject to change without prior notice, and are affected by our supplier pricing and material + handling charges at any given time. Prices on our services are determined by the cost of labor and materials at the time and other variables beyond our control. LaSalle Lawn Equipment does not participate in any PRICE MATCHING programs and will not accept item returns on that basis alone. Freight charges on this website are calculated in realtime by UPS web intergration and contain NO markup or margin for LaSalle Lawn Equipment. In store frieght charges on counter or phone orders are based on the current supplier frieght in rate and also contain no markup or margin of profit for us. All outdoor power equipment which requires assembly is subject to set-up fees which are determined by cost of labor and materials ( fluids, gasoline, disposal of wooden crates etc ) Delivery fees and rates are calculated and based on fuel / transportation / insurance / labor costs and distance of travel and are subject to change without notice.

Repair Policy / Service

LaSalle Lawn Equipment will process repairs in an order of date received manner, normally equipment will remain here no longer than 3-7 business days, however variables beyond our control may extend wait times. LaSalle Lawn Equipment will notify you by telephone when the equipment is ready for pickup or delivery. LaSalle Lawn Equipment is not resonsible for units left here longer than 15 days after notice of completion of repairs. LaSalle Lawn Equipment provides a satisfaction gaurentee for all repairs done by our technicians, if you have a problem with a repair performed on your equipment here within the same mowing season, and it is found to be our responsibility…we will fix it at no charge to you. LaSalle Lawn Equipment does not express / imply any warranty on parts or accessories which do not carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty period of coverage. LaSalle Lawn Equipment does not participate in extended warranty coverage services for any chain store or other manufacturer.


LaSalle Lawn Equipment is not responsible for the coverage or extent of coverages on manufacturer warranties and will only honor the full extent of those warranties and their respective requirements. All used equipment is sold in AS-IS condition, no warranty implied.
